Thank you for sharing this.  That last paragraph, in particular, needs to be engraved!  Such truth.  Not only is it a wake-up call for the co-parent who is the &quot;blamer&quot;, but there&#039;s wisdom in it for the other co-parent: If we refuse to engage in debate, refuse to participate in the blame game dialogue, then that not only frees us from wallowing, but it gives the blamer the opportunity to own their own problems and lack of progress.  An opportunity that, for eveyone&#039;s sake, they will hopefully embrace as you did.
